La legión de María es una organización apostólica de laicos en la iglesia católica. Es un gran movimiento Mariano extendido por todo el mundo llamado a ser Escuela de santidad. Tiene como patrón a San Luis María Grigñon de Montfort.

The legion of Mary is an apostolic organization of laity in the Catholic church. It is a great Marian movement spread throughout the world called to be a School of holiness. Its patron saint is San Luis María Grigñon de Montfort.
Orar y trabajar apostólicamente, funciona con reuniones semanales de grupo donde se ora, se revisa la actividad apostólica y se estudian temas formativos para hacer mas eficaz el apostolado.

A nuestro grupo puede unirse todo católico que practique fielmente su religión y desee ser útil la iglesia y a la sociedad, cumplir las normas funcionales de la asociación y ganas de darse a los demás.

Our group can join any Catholic who faithfully practices their religion and wants to be useful to the church and society, meet the functional standards of the association and desire to give themselves to others.
Nosotros hacemos visitas a toda clase de personas para alentarlos en su vida cristiana. Hacemos encuestas entre jóvenes sobre temas de realidades actuales. Tenemos enseñanzas religiosas a través de catequesis, retiros, círculos de estudio bíblicos y asambleas familiares. Tenemos grupos de rosarios, hacemos visita a enfermos, ancianos, discapacitados, encarcelados, infectados por el sida, drogadictos etc.
No realizamos actividades para la recolección de fondos económicos. La única fuente de ingresos del grupo la legión de María es la colecta voluntaria y secreta que se hace en cada junta.

We make visits to all kinds of people to encourage them in their Christian life. We do surveys among young people on current reality issues. We have religious teachings through catechesis, retreats, Bible study circles and family assemblies. We have groups of rosaries, we visit the sick, elderly, disabled, imprisoned, infected by AIDS, drug addicts, etc.
We do not carry out activities for the collection of economic funds. The only source of income of the group the legion of Mary is the voluntary and secret collection made at each meeting.
